Step 1: Download and fill out our medical intake form and either email or fax back to us.

Step 2: Schedule a Telehealth appointment with your new healthcare provider.

Step 3:  If deemed medically appropriate? You will be prescribed your treatment and you will receive your medication via delivery courier or through fedex priority over night delivery every 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on your provider’s recommendation.
